Terms
The agreement between you and StoryPlays when you make an account, buy a book or join the Club.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to make an account. You can share your account with the children you read with, but please don’t share it outside your household.
Buying a book
When you buy a book, it’s yours to read for as long as StoryPlays runs, on the web and in our apps, whether or not you’re in the Club. Prices include VAT where it applies.
The Club
- The Club gives you every book in the library for as long as your membership lasts. It renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Families joining for the first time get 7 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
- Cancel any time from Plan and billing. You keep reading until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- When a membership ends, Club books stay on your shelf but lock until you rejoin.
Refunds
If something isn’t right with a book you bought, ask us within 14 days and we’ll refund it. A refunded book leaves your shelf.
How the books are made
StoryPlays books are written and directed by our studio and made with AI tools for pictures, animation and narration. Every book is checked by an editor before it’s published.
